Ingredients:
500 g boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
1 cup thick yogurt
1/2 cup fresh cream (malai)
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp green chili paste
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, fresh cream, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chili paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, and salt to taste.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well, making sure each piece is coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the marinade has thickened.
