There are many different dishes that can be referred to as "white chicken," but one popular version is a creamy, flavorful Indian dish made with tender pieces of chicken that are cooked in a rich and aromatic white sauce. It is typically served with rice or roti and can be enjoyed as a main course. Here is a recipe you can try at home:

- into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 inch ginger, finely grated

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat the butter in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and fry until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, until they are browned on all sides.
- Add the heavy cream, chicken broth, garam masala, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chili powder, and salt to the pan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for about 20-30 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
