- 250 grams mutton

- 3 - chopped onions
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- salt as required
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 3 - chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup curd
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 3 - bay leaf
- 1 tsp black pepper
- as needed Cinnamon
- cloves as needed
- Green cardamom as needed
- as needed Kasoori Methi leaves
- Coriander leaves as needed
- as needed Green chilies
- for tempering
- 1 cup refined oil
First of all, take a cooker and put it on the
gas to heat it, now put oil in it, when the oil
is well heated, then put the standing spices
- bay leaves, cloves, black patient,
cinnamon and fry for some time when it
becomes light. When the aroma starts
coming, add ginger garlic paste and cook it
for 2 minutes, now add mutton to it and
add salt as per taste and fry it for 2 to 3
minutes. When the mutton is fried well,
then add some water to it and close the lid
of the cooker and cook for 2 to 3 whistles.
Step 2:
Now take another pan and put some oil in
it, when the oil becomes hot, add chopped
onion and fry it till it turns golden brown.
When the onion is fried well, then add
chopped tomatoes to it and cook it well till
it becomes soft.
Step 3:
When tomatoes become soft, add chili
powder, coriander powder and garam
masala and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Now
put the cooked mutton in the prepared
gravy and mix it well. After this add curd
to it and mix it well and cook on high flame
for 4 to 5 minutes. After adding curd, keep
stirring it with a spoon so that the curd
does not break.
Step 4:
Add mutton stock (mutton water left in the
cooker) to the cooking mutton recipe and
cook well till the mutton becomes soft and
juicy. When it is cooked well, then put
kasoori fenugreek in it and turn off the
flame. Use onion rings and green chilies for
decoration so that your recipe is not only
