Ingredients:
1 kg chicken, cut into pieces 1 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cup cream 2 tbsp ghee or oil 2 onions, finely chopped 1 tbsp ginger paste 1 tbsp garlic paste 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chili powder Salt to taste 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves Cashew nuts (optional)
Directions:
Marinate the chicken in the yogurt and set aside for 30 minutes. Heat the ghee or oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and fry until golden brown.
Add the ginger and garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder to the pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
